Al_Qur'an-Based Islamic Education Learning Management Model in Building the Character of High School Students
Abstract
ENGLISH:
Objective: This study aims to analyze the implementation of Qur'an-based learning management in building student character and identify factors that support and hinder its implementation. This research was conducted at SMAN 5 Payakumbuh in 2024. Methods: The research design used a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection: Observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation were used as research instruments. Data analysis: Data validity was maintained through source triangulation techniques. Results and Conclusion: Qur'an-based learning at SMAN 5 Payakumbuh effectively shapes students' noble character by emphasizing honesty, discipline, responsibility, and cooperation. Learning that integrates Qur'anic values such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, and cooperation creates positive changes in students' attitudes and behaviors in academic and social contexts. Contribution: This research expands insights into learning management based on Qur'anic values. It provides a new approach that can be applied in various educational contexts, both formal and non-formal, to strengthen student character building.

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan manajemen pembelajaran berbasis Al-Qur'an dalam membangun karakter siswa serta serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat implementasinya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 5 Payakumbuh tahun 2024. Metode: Desain penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data: Metode observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis data: Validitas data dijaga melalui teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil dan Kesimpulan: Pembelajaran berbasis Al-Qur'an di SMAN 5 Payakumbuh efektif dalam membentuk karakter siswa yang mulia, dengan menekankan nilai-nilai seperti kejujuran, kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan kerja sama. Pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an seperti kejujuran, kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan kerja sama berhasil menciptakan perubahan positif dalam sikap dan perilaku siswa, baik dalam konteks akademik maupun sosial. Kontribusi: Penelitian ini memperluas wawasan tentang manajemen pembelajaran berdasarkan nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an, serta memberikan pendekatan baru yang dapat diterapkan dalam berbagai konteks pendidikan, baik formal maupun nonformal, untuk memperkuat pembangunan karakter siswa.
