Pendidikan Berbasis Integratif Di IAIN Bengkulu

Abstract


This paper tried to find a picture of how the integration of education that diteapkan diIAIN Bengkulu . In accordance discussion found that ; First , efforts to end the dichotomy IAIN Bengkulu and realize the integration of general knowledge ( science ) and religious knowledge by developing integrative scientific paradigm . Integrative paradigm is realized in the form of institutional reconstruction and education in each faculty there . Second , look at the basic character of the paradigm of integrative education as developed IAIN Bengkulu , then in fact any model can still be tolerated as long as it contains the following four points : ( 1 ) the professionalism of scientific objectivity ; ( 2 ) or Islamic religious commitment ; ( 3 ) awareness of interconnection ; ( 4 ) a positive contribution to society emancipatory . The paradigm of scientific integration of religion and public is actually also developed by UIN or other PTAI , although perhaps with different terms but in essence have the same aims and objectives , namely ending the dichotomy and realize the integration of science and religion .
