Abstract
Abstract: Lecturers who have good skills is expected to increase the motivation of learning for students.
Lecturer in carrying out its duties and functions in education services should be guided by a sense of duty,
responsibility, and a high desire for assignments to serve the students can be implemented most efficiently and
satisfactorily. Duties and responsibilities of faculty not only as educators and researchers but
also acts as a disseminator of information and agents of renewal, which is in line with the
function of universities as educational institutions.
