Abstract
Abstract : This journal discusses reflection learning concept, strategy and planning in the
management of quality education. The arrangement of the educational institutions that meet
the quality requirements will be able to ensure the quality and management in accordance
with the objectives to be achieved in the field of education. In general, the strategy has an idea
of the outlines of the bow to act in order to achieve specific targets. Lesson planning is
wrapping a learning process in which there is a learning strategy.
