Pemenuhan Hak-Hak Anak ( Studi Pemenuhan Hak-hak Santri Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPA) Anwar Rosyid Yogyakarta)

Abstract


The study was conducted to determine the fulfillment of the Rights of the Child, especially children Pupils landfill Baciro Gondokusuman Anwar Rashid in the city of Yogyakarta. In this study reveal about child welfare services through the landfill. One goal of this research is expected to contribute to the institutions or communities that have child welfare service program, the focus of His ministry on the fulfillment of children's rights landfill students in Yogyakarta. This research was carried out in the garden Pendidikan Al-Qur'an (TPA) Anwar Rashid precisely in Baciro, Gondokusuman, Yogyakarta. The method used in this study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study revealed that the fulfillment of children's rights, especially the rights of children students TPA Anwar Rashid is tepenuhinya children's rights of students such as non-discrimination, the best interests of the child, the right to ask and be the opinion ana, the right to education and teaching, as well as the right to use the equipment or inventory TPA Anwar Rashid Yogyakarta.
