Abstract
In the study of linguistics there are two branches of science that is concerned about the word etymology and semantics. Compared semantics, etymology there first and more established existence, etymology is a discipline that examines the origin of a word, the study of etymology has existed since the time of the study note will appear on the new meaning of the 19th century. Linguistic term itself was formed in 1826, she appeared in French, la linguistique and in English linguistics appeared eleven years later.
