Abstract


The existence of children in a family needs to be protected mainly by the parents, but in fact many found the wrong treatment of children , such as violence in various forms . Violence against children committed by parents who have the majority there is an understanding that violence is part of educating children. With violence it is expected that children would be good , but on the other hand the effect of the violence was the trigger for the treatment of children will imitate their parents against him . Therefore , violence is not part of the process of educating children but rather one of the criminal act and the parents can be subject to legal sanctions .
