Abstract
University is the chain that leads students to the door of maturity and intellectual maturity, in which case the university management is an integral part of national education. The curriculum is planned academic activities to guide students in an effort to acquire a set of skills that can be used as start-up capital in the life and function in society. Mechanism management of universities are typically reflected in the position, duties and powers of the Senate in making decisions. Supporting elements consist of the chairman, senate, executive academic support element, facilities and infrastructure and the status of the college itself. Entering the era of development and globalization which puts pressure on human resource development, the college began to be challenged to produce a resource that has the expertise, skills, and professional development as well as necessary in accordance with the personal characteristics and aspirations of each student, so that graduates are expected to compete in the workplace in accordance with its domain expertise, and in accordance with the study or science respectively.
