PERANAN KEPEMIMPINAN DALAM PENDIDIKAN DAN DAKWAH

Abstract


Religion Islam considers that the mission is part of the obligation that must be carried out by His people. Propagation is an activity in order to provide insight to the Ummah to find the way of truth diredhoi Allah SWT, using the processes and steps, intentions and strategies wisely so that the material can be accepted dengna good propagation resulting in changes for the better in the community. The figure of an expert mission leadership is essential to giving an understanding to the Ummah can be accepted with confidence and the ummah will attempt to run the propaganda material with full satisfaction and sincerity. Therefore, the figure of leadership (Leadership) is to be attached to a propaganda expert, because basically it is also a mission specialist waratsatul Anbiya'.
