1. Copyright Ownership (Copyright Ownership)
Albahtsu Journal: Islamic Education Research implements a copyright policy that protects and empowers authors:
A. Authors' Copyright (Authors' Copyright)
- Authors retain full copyright of the scientific work submitted and published in this journal.
- Authors retain the moral right to be credited as the creators of the original work.
- Authors may reuse their work for personal use, teaching, or republish it in books or other media, provided that the original publication is acknowledged in the Albahtsu Journal.
B. Publisher's Rights (Publisher's Rights)
- Authors grant the publisher an exclusive first license to publish and distribute the article in journal form.
- The publisher reserves the right to store, index, and distribute the article through various digital platforms and academic repositories.
- The publisher is responsible for managing the peer review process, editing, layout, and publication of the journal.
C. Copyright Transfer vs. License to Publish This journal uses a License to Publish model, not a Copyright Transfer Agreement (CTA). This means:
- Authors do not transfer all copyright to the publisher.
- The author only grants the publisher permission to publish and distribute the work.
- The author remains free to use the work outside the context of the journal, in accordance with the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license.
