Welcome to the Albahtsu. To ensure a smooth peer-review and publication process, please read and follow these guidelines carefully.
1. General Requirements
- Originality: Manuscripts must be original work, not previously published, and not under consideration by another journal.
- Language: We accept manuscripts in English (preferred) or Bahasa Indonesia. Use clear, concise, and grammatically correct language.
- Plagiarism: All submissions will be screened using Turnitin. The maximum allowed similarity index is 20%.
2. Manuscript Structure
Manuscripts should generally range between 5,000 to 8,000 words, including references and tables. The structure should follow the IMRaD format:
- Title: Concise, informative, and reflects the Sharia/Management focus (max 15 words).
- Abstract: A single paragraph (200–250 words) summarizing the research objective, methodology, key findings, and implications.
- Keywords: 3 to 5 specific phrases for indexing.
- Introduction: State the research background, the gap in existing Sharia economic literature, the urgency of the study, and the clear objective.
- Literature Review: Discuss the theoretical framework and relevant previous studies.
- Methods: Describe the research design, data sources, population/sample, and analytical techniques used.
- Results and Discussion: Present findings clearly. The discussion should interpret the results, compare them with previous studies, and explain the Sharia/management implications.
- Conclusion: Summarize findings, state limitations, and provide recommendations for future research or policy.
- References: Ensure all cited works are listed.
3. Formatting & Style
- File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx).
- Font: candara, 12pt, 1.5 line spacing.
- Citation Style: Authors must use APA Style (7th Edition).
- Reference Manager: The use of Mendeley or Zotero is mandatory for managing citations and bibliographies.
- Tables & Figures: Must be numbered consecutively (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1) and cited within the text. High-resolution images are required.
4. Submission Process
- Online Submission: All manuscripts must be submitted via our Open Journal System (OJS) portal.
- Anonymous Manuscript: To facilitate the Double-Blind Peer Review, please ensure that the main manuscript file contains no author names or affiliations.
- Cover Letter: Upload a separate file containing:
- Full names and affiliations of all authors.
- Email address of the Corresponding Author.
- A brief statement that the work is original.
5. Peer Review Policy
- Each submission undergoes an initial desk review by the editors.
- Suitable papers are sent to at least two independent reviewers (Double-Blind Review).
- The final decision (Accept, Revisions Required, or Reject) rests with the Editor-in-Chief.
6. Ethics and Disclosure
- Funding: Disclose any financial support received for the research.
- Conflict of Interest: Authors must declare any potential conflicts of interest.
