PRAKTIK JUAL BELI TIKET KONSER MUSIK BERTAHAP PRESALE DAN NORMAL PADA EVENT ORGANIZER BIGEAZY WORKSPACE PERSPEKTIF HUKUM EKONOMI SYARIAH

Abstract

There are two objectives of this research, namely: (1) How is the practice of buying and selling music concert tickets with a presale and normal staged system at the Bigeazy Workspace Event Organizer in Bengkulu City, (2) What is the perspective of Islamic Economic Law on buying and selling music concert tickets with a presale and normal staged system at the Bigeazy Workspace Event Organizer. The research method used is a qualitative method and the data sources used are primary and secondary data. (1) The results of this study show that the practice of buying and selling concert tickets at the Bigeazy Workspace event organizer is carried out online through the Instagram platform and the available links that we can access to buy concert tickets according to the number of tickets we want and the online payments that have been provided, in this sale the object being sold or who will be at the concert has not been announced with certainty. (2) related to the perspective of sharia economic law, this kind of buying and selling is not in accordance with the principle of prohibition of gharar, where in the sale and purchase of music concert tickets in stages, presale and normal at the Bigeazy Workspace Event Organizer, it is not clearly known or transparent about the object being contracted. So that in practice it is not in line with the principle of prohibition of gharar where ticket buyers do not know for sure whether the instructions from the photo of the artist or musician who will be performing are in accordance with their guesses.
