TINJAUAN FIQH MUAMALAH TERHADAP PRAKTIK JUAL BELI PENCAMPURAN GULA MERAH DENGAN GULA PASIR DI DESA CAHAYA NEGERI KECAMATAN SINDANG KELINGI KABUPATEN REJANG LEBONG

Abstract

In fiqh muamalah, the sale and purchase that is prescribed is not allowed to contain elements of fraud that result in losses for one party. Based on the statement above, the author formulates the following problem: How is the practice of selling and buying mixing brown sugar with granulated sugar in Cahaya Negeri Village, Sindang Kelingi District, Rejang Lebong Regency and how is the review of fiqh muamalah on the practice of selling and buying mixing brown sugar with granulated sugar in Cahaya Negeri Village, Sindang Kelingi District, Rejang Lebong Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the practice of selling and buying mixing brown sugar with granulated sugar in Cahaya Negeri Village, Sindang Kelingi District, Rejang Lebong Regency and to analyze the review of fiqh muamalah on the practice of selling and buying mixing brown sugar with granulated sugar in Cahaya Negeri Village, Sindang Kelingi District, Rejang Lebong Regency. This type of research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The process of making brown sugar in Cahaya Negeri Village, the raw materials have been mixed with granulated sugar which should be pure from real palm sap. The seller did not explain that the brown sugar being sold was mixed with granulated sugar, so the buyer assumed that the brown sugar was real brown sugar. The seller used the price of real brown sugar to sell the mixed brown sugar to make the buyer believe that what was being sold was real brown sugar, but in reality it was mixed brown sugar. The researcher concluded that the sale and purchase were not allowed because there was no accuracy in the quality of the merchandise that manipulated the quality, namely fraud or dishonesty so that there was a possibility of fraud, this kind of thing is essentially an act that is detrimental to consumers due to inaccuracy in the quality of the merchandise.
