Analysis of Sharia Principles Application In Fundraising And Financing At BMT Mutiara Umat Sejahtera Kudus
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the application of the Shariah principle in funding and financing at BMT Mutiara Umat Sejahtera Kudus. This type of research is field research and the nature is descriptive-analytical. This study uses theologies-normative, yuridis, and sociological approaches. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data is analyzed using descriptive-qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the study show that there is a discrepancy between the implementation of sharia contracts and the basic principles of sharia as well as operational challenges that affect financial sustainability and BMT’s reputation.
