PERAN LEMBAGA KEUANGAN MIKRO SYARIAH TERHADAP PEMBERDAYAAN EKONOMI PEREMPUAN PADA PNM ULAMM SYARIAH KOTA SERANG

Abstract


This study aims to examine the role played by Islamic Microfinance Institutions (LKMS) in the economic empowerment of women. Women's economic empowerment has become an important issue in sustainable social and economic development. With its Shariah approach, LKMS has the potential to make a significant contribution to enhancing women's economic roles. This study uses literature analysis and empirical data methods to evaluate the impact of LKMS on women's economic empowerment. The research results show that PNM ULaMM Syariah plays an important role in empowering women's economies in sustainable social and economic development through a holistic approach. This LKMS not only provides access to Shariah financial services but also offers training, mentoring, and access to business networks while promoting Shariah values such as justice and sustainability in women's economic activities.
