Pelatihan Digital Marketing dan Marketplace untuk Industri Batik di Paguyuban Batik Jambemukti Pekalongan

Abstract


In the midst of an increasingly competitive business world, one of the efforts that must be made by business people is to attract consumer interest. This research aims to describe digital marketing and markplace training for the batik industry in the Jambermukti Pekalongan batik community. The approach methods used include socialization and discussion. The results obtained from this research are that the majority of participants do not have sufficient knowledge of the 4 (four) main points, namely 1) brand recognition 2) preparing business legality documents 3) creating interesting content 4) creating a shopee marketplace account. After training was carried out by resource persons in the form of presenting material to participants, socialization and training starting from brand introduction, preparing business legality documents, creating interesting content and creating a Shopee marketplace account. Activities can provide understanding and knowledge to participants. Some of the main conclusions from this activity are as follows: Several participants from the Jambemukti Batik Association gained increased knowledge of the functions of brand recognition, preparing licensing documents, designing online shop decorations and creating shopee marketplace accounts; The level of participation and enthusiasm from community members was very high, indicating that this activity was very relevant and beneficial for them; In the long term, it is hoped that providing training on creating a Shopee marketplace account can improve digital marketing skills and increase sales of batik products, providing a positive impact on the economy.
