Pelatihan Pembuatan Modul P5 pada Era Kurikulum Merdeka melalui Yayasan Pendidik Guru Mendunia Kota Medan
Abstract
Starting from the circular letter of the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2022/2023, education units can choose the curriculum based on their readiness, including: independent learning, independent change and independent sharing. Medan City is also implementing this program. One of the essences of this curriculum is P5. Community service is focused on mentoring and training to improve the skills of teachers who are members of the World Educators Foundation in developing project modules for strengthening the Pancasila student profile (P5). This assistance and training is motivated by the difficulty of teachers in analyzing themes and dimensions that are in accordance with the characteristics of the education unit. Thus, preparation assistance was carried out to produce a P5 module that was in accordance with the characteristics of the education unit and the needs of students. The methods used were lecture, mentoring, training and at the end of the training, evaluation and implementation by uploading through PMM. The results obtained showed a significant increase of 68% during the pretest and posttest in preparing the P5 module, indicating that this activity was successful in increasing the knowledge and skills of the participants.
