Efektifitas Workshop Penulisan Publikasi Artikel Ilmiah bagi Peningkatan Kemampuan Guru Sekolah di Kabupaten Blora

Abstract


Writing scientific article publications is one of the elements of teacher professional development required by the Ministry of Education and Culture (2019). This article aims to describe the effectiveness of scientific article writing workshops to improve the ability of elementary school teachers in writing scientific papers. This workshop was attended by 28 elementary school teachers in Blora Regency, Central Java. The implementation of this activity was carried out for 32 hours at SDN 1 Beran, Blora City District, Blora Regency, Central Java. The results of the service concluded that the scientific article writing workshop with a planned agenda was effective in improving the ability of teachers to write scientific papers. 90% of the workshop participants gave a positive impression and admitted that after attending the workshop the participants had basic skills in writing scientific articles.v
