Peningkatan SDM Karang Taruna Melalui Pelatihan Pengarsipan Laporan Kegiatan Di Desa Taba Tengah Kecamatan Selangit Kabupaten Musi Rawas

Abstract


Community service is carried out as a form of higher education tridama in terms of non formal education in the community. The purpose of this Community Service is an Effort to Improve Karang taruna Human Resources Through Training on Archiving Activity Reports in Taba Tengah Village, Selangit District, Musi Rawas Regency. The method used is the method of socialization, discussion and practice. This PKM is a training activity that directs the Efforts to Improve Karang taruna HR through Activity Report Archiving Training in Taba Tengah Village, Selangit District, Musi Rawas Regency. The results of the activities included: 1) The coordination of the PKM UNPARI Lubuklinggau team with the village government was carried out, so that the activities went well, 2) The socialization was carried out and a good response was received by village officials, administrators and youth organizations in Taba Tengah Village, Selangit District, Musi Rawas Regency, 3) Village officials , administrators and youth organizations enthusiastically support activity report archiving activities, 4) Obstacles encountered regarding Karang taruna human resources who have highly qualified competencies, and 5) Village government and village organizations request PKM activities not only activity reports but village data archiving. Based on the results of the participants' responses to the PKM activities, it was concluded that efforts to improve Karang taruna human resources through Training on Archiving Activity Reports in Taba Tengah Village, Selangit District, Musi Rawas Regency took place effectively and well.
