Bimbingan Bahasa Arab Tingkat Dasar Pada Masyarakat di Kelurahan Dermayu Kabupaten Seluma Bengkulu

Abstract

In the midst of ordinary people (foreigners in Arabic knowledge) Arabic is seen as a foreign language and difficult to learn, it is due to the lack of efforts to recognize and learn basic Arabic. Often ordinary people are confronted with Arabic texts that become the medium of the language of the Koran that has been translated into Indonesian, so that they understand the text based on the results of the translation, it results in a less complete and deep understanding and sometimes lead to deviations in the practice of the contents of the Qur'an. This condition is caused by the absence of efforts to introduce Arabic at a basic level that can improve their understanding of the Qur'anic text. Therefore, this activity aims to provide basic level Arabic language learning so that the community where the service location is able to understand the Arabic text which is the medium of the Koran language properly and correctly, why the basic level, of course in this learning effort there are stages -that that must be done, learning Arabic at the basic level is an effort to learn basic rules so that the learning community does not experience difficulties in the learning process. In the process of the implementation carried out by the lecture and question and answer method, learning material is presented in the form of power points and for participants given teaching material so that they can reread when teaching and learning activities are completed. The results obtained in this activity are a significant change in the basic knowledge of the participants of the activity, among them they can find out the basic methods in Arabic that can be a provision for them to understand the contents of the Qur'an, besides that they can also understand vocabulary meanings that are in the Qur'an properly and precisely.
