Pelatiahan Penentuan Potensi Ekonomi Desa di Kecamatan Turen berdasarkan Endowment Resource: Sosialisasi dan Pelatihan Pemetaan Potensi Sumber Daya Alam Desa

Abstract


Local economic development, particularly in Turen Sub-district, Malang Regency, has become a crucial issue as villages are granted authority to develop their economic growth through village fund allocations. This community service activity aims to provide training on mapping village economic potential based on endowment resources in Turen Sub-district. The methods employed include lectures, question-and-answer sessions, and evaluation. The training materials cover the scope of village economy, understanding village economic resources and their analysis, understanding superior commodities and processing them into value-added products, market analysis and product marketing strategies through e-commerce, and village-owned enterprises as independent village economic institutions. The results show that participants gained comprehensive understanding of village economic potential mapping, and the socialization successfully encouraged local communities to identify, process, and market agricultural products through digital platforms. This activity contributes to strengthening the local economy by empowering MSMEs based on agricultural sector endowment resources in Turen Sub-district.
