ISLAMIC WORK: Journal of Dawah Management and Organization is a scholarly, peer-reviewed, open-access interdisciplinary journal published biannually (january to june and july to december). The journal is a collaborative effort between State Islamic University of Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu (UIN FAS Bengkulu) Indonesia and the Perkumpulan Ahli Manajemen Dakwah Indonesia (PAMDI). It is managed by the Study Program of Dawah Management within the Faculty of Dawah and Communication.
The ISLAMIC WORK provides a means for sustained discussion of relevant issues that fall within the focus and scope of the journal, which can be examined empirically. This journal encompasses original research articles based on library and/or empirical research in the field of Islamic studies especially on two main topics: 1) Dawah Management (Islamic Management); and 2) Dawah Organization (Islamic or Social-Humanitarian Organization). But not limited to, research in Muslim employees, Work Spirituality, Islamic Management Literature, Leadership, Negotiation and Conflict, Innovation, Worship Congregation, Mosque, Pesantren, Zakat and Waqf (Takaful) Institusion, Orphanages, Nursing Homes, Dawah Communities, Pilgrimage and Religious Tourism, Social-Humanitarian Institutions (in the vision of Islamic Dawah), etc. We warmly invite all individuals who possess a keen interest in the focus and scope of The ISLAMIC WORK to contribute to our publication.
The ISLAMIC WORK clarifies ethical behavior for all parties involved, including Authors, Editor-in-Chief, Editorial Board, Reviewers, and Publisher. This journal provides free access for the online version to support knowledge exchange globally. The journal has been a member of Crossref (Prefix: 10.29300) with Online ISSN 3062-8733.
