TINJAUAN FIQH MUAMALAH TERHADAP IMPLEMENTASI FATWA MAJELIS ULAMA INDONESIA (MUI) NOMOR 40 TAHUN 2018 TENTANG PENGGUNAAN ALKOHOL/ETANOL UNTUK BAHAN OBAT

Abstract


There are two problems studied in this research, namely: 1). How to buy and sell medicines containing alcohol that are not permitted by the Fatwa (MUI) at the Paten Farma 2 pharmacy in Bengkulu City? 2). What is the muamalah fiqh review regarding the sale and purchase of medicines containing alcohol levels exceeding the limits permitted by Fatwa (MUI) Number 40 of 2018 at the Patent Farma 2 Pharmacy in Bengkulu City? This research explains the Muamalah Fiqh Review regarding the buying and selling of drugs containing alcohol levels exceeding the limits permitted by fatwa (MUI) Number 40 of 2018 at the Paten Farma 2 pharmacy in Bengkulu City. The research method used is normative juridical. This type of research is Field Research. The informants in this research were the Manager of Paten Farma 2 and the Assistant Pharmacist of Paten Farma 2. The results of the research revealed that: There were 09 medicinal products sold at the Paten Farma 2 Pharmacy in Bengkulu City which contained alcohol levels exceeding the limits permitted by the Fatwa (MUI), namely: Coparcetine Syr (1.6%) Bisolvon Elixir Benacol DTM (4%) Benacol Syr (4%) Woods Exp Syr (6%) Actifed Green (6.93%) Actifed Yellow (9.9%) Viks Formula 44 (10 %). A review of the muamalah fiqh regarding alcohol levels in medicines at the Paten Farma 2 Pharmacy, namely that it is permitted as long as medicines in the form of syrup containing alcohol as a solvent have not been found as a solvent other than alcohol, then it is legal for consumption and even sale is legal, following the ingredients that are considered useful.
