Evaluasi Program Supervisi Kepala Madrasah dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Kinerja Guru di MTsN 2 Bengkulu Selatan

Abstract


This study aims to evaluate the supervision program implemented by the principal to improve teacher performance quality at MTsN 2 Bengkulu Selatan. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach with the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product), the research examines the background of the supervision program, the available resources, the implementation process, and its impact on enhancing teacher competencies. The findings indicate that the supervision program is an essential response to educational quality demands, supported by sufficient instruments and positively influences teaching quality. However, several technical and cultural barriers remain. This evaluation provides strategic recommendations for more sustainable and systematic supervision in the future.
