Abstract


Language is always used in everyday life when interacting in society. There is no doubt that language is one of the main needs that a person needs for survival. Everyone needs language to communicate or understand what someone is saying. This research is one of the efforts to improve the teaching of Arabic at the Ja al-Haq Madrasah School in Bengkulu by using the Flash Card media. These facilities are tools used to convey information to recipients that can attract students' interest in learning. It is also a means of conveying information that cannot be seen directly by students but can be described indirectly by the media itself. Assistive devices are all the tools teachers use to help students learn quickly and in ways that accommodate different types and learning styles of students. Flashcards encourage students to improve vocabulary mastery (mufrodat). However, so far learning using Flashcards is still considered boring. This study aims to reveal the extent to which Flashcards are produced and used in the
process of learning foreign languages in Indonesia (Arabic). And the conclusion from this study is that the use of flashcards is effective in increasing students' vocabulary in Arabic lessons at Madrasah Ja al-Haq Bengkulu.
