إدارة تخطيط برنامج دورة اللغة العربية لترقية كفاءة اللغوية
Abstract
Planning is an integral part of managing a program. This also applies to managing the Daurah Arabic Language program in developing language skills. This study aims to understand the scope of the Daurah Arabic Language program planning, to understand the planning process, and the challenges faced during the planning. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Primary data sources were obtained through interviews with the Chairman of HAMAASA, while secondary data sources were obtained from relevant books and research articles. Data collection was done using interview and documentation techniques. Interviews were conducted via WhatsApp and Zoom with the program implementers. Meanwhile, documentation involved collecting archives or writings related to the program, such as activity photos and brochures obtained from the program implementers' Instagram account. The data analysis technique used Miles and Huberman's theory, which consists of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The research results show that the scope of the Daurah Arabic Language program planning falls under short-term, periodic planning on a regional scale and the process includes a combination of Bottom-Up and Top-Down planning types. The planning process has been carried out optimally and systematically, covering forecasting, goal setting, programming, scheduling, budgeting, procedure development, and policy interpretation. The challenges faced during the program planning were in terms of finances and instructors.
