Proteksi Burnout pada Gen-Z dalam Perspektif Hadis
Abstract
This research aims to explore strategies for managing and preventing burnout in Gen Z from the perspective of Hadith. It employs a literature review (library research) method with a comprehensive approach, examining the relevance of the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as both preventive and curative solutions. The study identifies that burnout is caused by various factors, including education and the social environment. The findings indicate that the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad offers an essential spiritual framework for overcoming burnout. This framework demonstrates a significant capacity to foster self-awareness, interconnectedness, meaning in life, forgiveness, peace, and gratitude through the integration of spiritual values. Ultimately, this allows individuals to discover effective strategies for managing stress and fatigue, leading to a state of life balance and holistic well-being.
