Hubungan Antara Syaitan dan Langit dalam Al-Qur'an: Analisis QS. Al-Mulk: 5 dan QS. Ash-Shaffat: 6-10
Abstract
The relationship between Satan and the heavens is examined through specific verses, particularly QS. Al-Mulk: 5 and QS. Ash-Shaffat: 6-10. These verses highlight the protection of the heavens from Satan's attempts to steal information. This writing involves a series of in-depth steps to understand the context, meaning, and implications of these verses. QS. Al-Mulk: 5 indicates that the heavens are guarded from the demons seeking to eavesdrop on the conversations of angels by employing stars as a protective mechanism that causes the demons to be burnt if they attempt to eavesdrop. Meanwhile, QS. Ash-Shaffat: 6-10 explains that the demons stealing information from the heavens are haunted by blazing stars before they can convey the messages to other demons. Analysis of these verses portrays the role of stars as guardians of the heavens against the malevolent efforts of demons, and how this phenomenon is considered a miraculous sign reinforcing faith in the greatness of Allah SWT in Islam. The Quranic depiction of the relationship between Satan and the heavens emphasizes the necessity of safeguarding divine messages from demonic interference.
