STRATEGI MUSYRIF DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU HAFALAN AL-QUR’AN SANTRI DI PONDOK PESANTREN QURAN AL-FIDA KOTA BENGKULU

Abstract

Mutu The quality of Al-Qur’an memorization among students has not yet reached an optimal level, as indicated by the fact that some students still struggle with fluency in their memorization and have incorrect tajweed, thus necessitating a structured strategy from the musyrif (Qur’anic supervisors). This study aims to describe the musyrifs strategies in enhancing the quality of Al-Qur’an memorization among students at Al-Fida Qur’an Islamic Boarding School. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that, in general, the musyrif's strategies are effective, as evidenced by: (1) the preparation of lesson plans (RPP), syllabi, study schedules, and memorization quality programs, along with structured guidelines for memorization instruction, including teaching methods and target-setting; (2) the implementation of memorization programs through individual guidance and direction for students; and (3) evaluation through memorization recitations recorded in the setoran hafalan (memorization submission book) by students for review by the musyrif. However, some musyrif have yet to provide the necessary teaching documents, such as RPS (Lesson Plan) and RPH (Daily Lesson Plan). Overall, the quality of Al-Qur’an memorization at Al-Fida Qur’an Islamic Boarding School is considered satisfactory based on three key aspects: fluency, tajweed, and fashahah (pronunciation clarity), with most students achieving an adequate level in these criteria. Nonetheless, some students still face challenges, particularly in memory retention, which affects their fluency in memorization. There fore, it can be concluded that the musyrifs strategies contribute to improving students' Al-Qur’an memorization quality. To further enhance this quality, it is recommended that the musyrifs strategics at Al-Fida Qur’an Islamic Boarding School be continuously refined and strengthened.

Abstrak

Mutu hafalan Al-Qur’an santri belum optimal, ditandai dengan masih adanya santri yang belum lancar dalam hafalan qur’an, tajwidnya belum benar, sehingga membutuhkan strategi musyrif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi musyrif dalam meningkatkan mutu hafalan Al-Qur’an santri di pondok pesantren quran al-fida. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum strategi musyrif sudah baik, dilihat; (1) telah menyiapkan RPP, silabus, dan jadwal pembelajaran, serta program mutu hafalan quran, dan terdapat pedoman pembelajaran hafalan mulai dari metode mengajar, menentukan target; (2) telah melaksanakan program hafalan seperti memberi arahan dan bimbingan kepada santri secara individual, dan (3) evaluasi melalui setoran hafalan yang dicatat di buku setoran hafalan oleh santri kepada musyrif. Namun, masih ada musyrif yang belum mampu memperlihatkan perangkat pembelajaran, seperti RPS dan RPH. Mutu hafalan Al-Qur’an santri di pondok pesantren qur’an Al-Fida secara umum sudah baik, dinilai dalam tiga aspek utama: kelancaran, tajwid, dan fashahah menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar santri telah mencapai tingkat kelancaran, tajwid dan fashahah yang memadai. Namun, masih ditemukan beberapa santri yang masih kurang, terutama dalam daya ingat menghafal, yang menjadikan santri tidak lancar dalam menghafal. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi musyrif dapat meningkatkan mutu hafalan Al-Qur’an santri. Sehingga dapat disarankan, untuk meningkatkan mutu hafalan Al-Qur’an santri, maka tingkatkan strategi musyrif di pondok pesantren quran Al-Fida.
