Manajemen Penilaian Hasil Belajar Berbasis Komputer Dalam Menguatkan Kompetensi Guru

Abstract

The computer-based assessment of student learning by teachers is still not strong, because IT skills are still minimal and the internet network cannot cover the entire madrasah community. The purpose of this research is to describe the management of computer-based learning outcome assessments in strengthening the professional competence of teachers at MIN 2 Bengkulu City. Using a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources, namely primary data, were obtained from the head of the madrasa, curriculum coordinator, proctor, and class teachers, while secondary data were obtained from documentation and archivists. The research results indicate that the management of computer-based learning outcome assessments is generally good, as evidenced by planning that has involved all stakeholders, organization that has formed a team responsible for computer-based learning outcome assessments, and evaluation. The professional competence of the teachers is also good, as evidenced by their level of education, planning in the learning process, implementation of teaching, and evaluation, which are all quite good. Supporting factors for the position of the madrasah include its location in the city center, and the support of leaders and teachers who understand technology. The inhibiting factors are that some teachers still need guidance, their skills are still minimal, and in case of a power outage, the internet network cannot cover all students. Thus, it can be concluded that computer-based learning outcome assessment management can strengthen teachers' professional competencies. Therefore, it is recommended to strengthen teachers' professional competencies by improving computer-based learning outcome assessment management in madrasahs.

Abstrak

Penilaian hasil belajar berbasis komputer guru masih belum kuat, karena kemampuan IT masih minim dan jaringan internet belum mampu mengcover seluruh warga madrasah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen penilaian hasil belajar berbasis komputer dalam menguatkan kompetensi profesional guru di MIN 2 Kota Bengkulu. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data yaitu data primer diperoleh dari kepala madrasah, koordinator kurikulum, proktor dan guru kelas, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumentasi dan arsiparis.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen penilaian hasil belajar berbasis komputer secara umum sudah baik, terlihat perencanaan sudah melibatkan seluruh stakeholder, pengorganisasian telah membetuk Tim penanggung jawab penilaian hasil belajar berbasis komputer, serta evaluasi. Kompetensi Profesional guru juga sudah baik, di buktikan dengan tingkat pendidikan, perencanaan dalam proses pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan evaluasi sudah cukup baik. Faktor pendukung posisi madrasah terletah ditengah Kota, dukungan pimpinan dan guru yang paham teknologi. Faktor penghambat yaitu sebagian guru masih perlu pendampingan, kemampuan masih minim dan jika kondisi mati listrik, jaringan internet belum bisa mengcover seluruh siswa. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen penilaian hasil belajar berbasis komputer dapat menguatkan kompetensi profesional guru. Oleh karena itu, dapat disarankan untuk menguatkan kompetensi profesional guru, maka tingkatkanlah manajemen penilaian hasil belajar berbasis komputer di madrasah.
