Dimensi Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Perspektif Multikultural dan Maqashid Syariah
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This article focuses on the development of the dimension of Islamic religious education in the perspective of multiculturalism and Maqashid Shariah. The main issue addressed is the integration of multicultural values into the Islamic religious education curriculum and the application of Maqashid Shariah principles to ensure the goals of Shariah are achieved. The research method employed is a lkualitatif analysis that details the concepts of multiculturalism and Maqashid Shariah in the context of Islamic religious education. The results of this study identify challenges in integrating multicultural values but also propose relevant solutions. Emphasis on successful practices and case studies strengthens the applicability of these concepts. The research conclusion indicates that the development of the dimension of Islamic religious education in the perspective of multiculturalism and Maqashid Shariah supports inclusivity, intercultural tolerance, and social cohesion in multicultural societies.

ABSTRAK
Artikel ini memusatkan perhatian pada pengembangan dimensi pendidikan agama Islam dalam perspektif multikultural dan Maqashid Shariah. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah integrasi nilai-nilai multikultural dalam kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam serta penerapan prinsip-prinsip Maqashid Shariah untuk memastikan tujuan syariat tercapai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan merinci konsep-konsep multikultural dan Maqashid Shariah dalam konteks pendidikan agama Islam. Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam integrasi nilai-nilai multikultural, namun juga menawarkan solusi yang sesuai. Penekanan pada praktik-praktik sukses dan studi kasus memperkuat aplikabilitas konsep-konsep ini. Simpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan dimensi pendidikan agama Islam dalam perspektif multikultural dan Maqashid Shariah mendukung inklusivitas, toleransi antarbudaya, dan kohesi sosial dalam masyarakat multikultural.
