Abstract

From the background of the discussion in this research, it is more directed and focused, so the problem is formulated as follows. This study uses an empirical juridical approach, where research is expected to produce descriptive data in the form of written or oral data from people and observable behavior. This study concludes that the Juridical Review of Access to Public Information Disclosure in the Use of Village Funds According to UUD NO.14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure, that the formation of the Public Service Law is due to the fact that it has not been maximized and the regulations governing public service to citizens' rights have not been fulfilled. Indonesia. Because the existing law (Law No. 14 of 2008 concerning KIP) only regulates information services, it does not yet cover the broad scope of services.
